An aristocrat who lost an appeal against extradition to the US on drugs smuggling charges pleaded guilty to a court in Alabama. He was facing up to 15 years on a chain gang, however following persuasive arguments from his legal team, which inclued Graham Compton of this firm, he recieved 3 years in a low security prison and could be home as early as Christmas 2008.
