Morgan Rose Solicitors was established in 2000 to respond to the growing demand for specialist expertise and knowledge in the defence of serious and complex fraud, other economic crime and regulatory compliance.  During the last nine years, the firm has expanded dynamically and our Head Office is based in the City in the heart of London’s legal community on Chancery Lane.

The firm was one of the first members to be appointed as a member of the Specialist Fraud Panel; a group to which only a small percentage of accredited criminal defence practices belong. Focusing on the field of serious and complex economic crime and associated work including asset restraint and forfeiture we quickly gained a first rate reputation for the advice, representation and skilful defending that has become our hallmark.
